Training/coaching planned by Malcom Ingham for all levels of orienteering.

Starting at 10.30-11.00.

If you are competent on White Courses and ready to move up to Yellow level, if you are Yellow Level wanting to move to Orange, if you are Orange level wanting to move to Red, and if you are already at Red level, we will have something for you.

Examples of what will be offered at Orange to Red level likely to be trying out a 'Contour only' course- no tracks, no fences, no trees, no streams etc., and a 'Control picking' course, where at each control there will be 3 controls quite close, and you have to choose the correct control.  These exercises will really improve your map-reading and route choice skills.

If you are moving from Yellow to Orange, you will get to practice reading contours.

If you are moving to Yellow from White, there will be a course for you.

RK or other Orienteering club members, this training will be free. Others are welcome. Nominal charge yet to be determined.
